Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of this production process, certain characteristics may be present that differ from industrially manufactured mass-produced goods.

This disclaimer provides information about the characteristics, use, and limitations of our 3D printed products. This disclaimer does not limit the legal rights of consumers.

Characteristics of 3D Printed Products

Because our products are built layer by layer, small differences between products may occur.

Possible characteristics include:

small color variations between products or parts;
slight color variations due to filament batch, filament manufacturer, or production conditions;
visible layer lines;
small imperfections or surface textures;
slight differences in finish;
minimal differences in size or shape;
small deviations that may occur during the 3D printing process.

These characteristics may be inherent to 3D printing technology and do not automatically mean that a product is defective.

Of course, a product must comply with the agreement and the characteristics that the consumer can reasonably expect from the product. Statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.

Colors

The actual color of a product may differ slightly from the color displayed on a screen. This can be caused by factors such as screen settings, lighting, photography, and the filament used.

Additionally, different production batches may show small color variations.

Therefore, a slight color deviation does not automatically mean that a product is defective, as long as the product matches the product description and the characteristics that can reasonably be expected.

Use and Safety

Our products are made for the purpose and use stated for the respective product.

Depending on the product, specific characteristics, limitations, or safety instructions may apply. Where relevant, these will be stated on the product page, with the product, on the packaging, or in the accompanying information.

Only use a product for its intended purpose and follow any indicated warnings and usage instructions.

Products not specifically designed as toys are not intended for play. For example, products with small parts may pose a risk to young children.

If a product has specific safety risks due to its nature, shape, components, or application, we will include the relevant warnings with the product.

Children

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not designed or tested as toys for children.

Products with small parts may pose a choking or ingestion hazard. Therefore, keep such products out of reach of young children.

If an age warning or other safety warning is provided with a specific product, it must always be observed.

This does not mean that every product automatically has an age restriction. If a specific warning is necessary for a product, it will be stated with the relevant product.

Heat and Temperature

3D printed products can be sensitive to high temperatures.

Therefore, do not expose products to high temperatures, open flames, strong heat sources, or prolonged direct sunlight, unless it is explicitly stated for the product concerned that it is suitable for this.

Heat can cause a product to deform, soften, or lose its shape.

Load-bearing Capacity and Functionality

The load-bearing capacity, carrying capacity, and other functional properties of a product are only valid insofar as they are expressly stated for the respective product.

If a maximum load or other specification is not mentioned, it should not be assumed that the product is suitable for heavy loads or a specific technical application.

Do not use a product for safety-critical applications or applications where a defect or breakage could lead to injury, material damage, or other serious consequences, unless it is expressly stated that the product is suitable for this.

Modifications and Misuse

When a product is modified, altered, repaired, or used by the customer in a way other than intended, this may affect the operation, strength, and safety of the product.

Damage arising solely from incorrect use, misuse, or self-made modifications is not covered by any warranty or free remedy, to the extent permitted by law.

This does not affect the legal rights of the consumer.

Pill Boxes and Similar Products

Pill boxes, medication organizers, and similar products are offered solely as aids for organizing or storing items.

These products are not medical devices and do not replace professional medical advice.

The user remains responsible for the correct use of such products and their contents.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

For products made specifically to the customer's wishes or clearly personalized, different rules may apply regarding the statutory right of withdrawal.

The statutory right of withdrawal has an exception for certain specially manufactured or personalized products.

When such an exception applies, this will be indicated with the product concerned or during the ordering process.

Product Images

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

Depending on factors such as lighting, photography, screen settings, and the material used, the final product may differ in minor respects from the image.

The product description and the information provided with the product are leading.

Legal Rights

This disclaimer is not intended to exclude or limit consumers' legal rights.

If a product does not conform to the agreement, does not possess the characteristics that can reasonably be expected, or otherwise shows a lack of conformity, the consumer retains their legal rights.

The statutory right of withdrawal also remains applicable, except when a statutory exception applies, such as for certain personalized or specially manufactured products.
